PAYMENT POLICY

This document is part of the Peak terms and conditions. It applies to users who have purchased the premium version of Peak. See https://peak.net/terms-and-conditions for more details.

Peak’s premium features are purchased online or via Apple’s iTunes store, Android’s Google Play store or Amazon’s Appstore. When you purchase these features, you are also subject to the iTunes, Google Play or Amazon terms of service.

Payment plan

The basic version of Peak is available for free. To access the premium features of Peak, which has additional features, including (but not limited to) goals & personalised training, access to all games, access to advanced statistics, comparisons with other users and early access to new games, you will have to pay via an auto-renewing subscription from Apple’s iTunes store, Android’s Google Play store or Amazon’s Appstore. Advanced Training Plans are not included in the premium version of Peak.

Renewals and cancellations

Peak is purchased via an iTunes, Google Play or Amazon auto-renewing subscription. This means your subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period.

You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time from within the application (if purchased online) or by signing in to your iTunes, Google Play or Amazon account on your computer or iOS or Android device and changing the settings.

Refunds

If purchased online please contact our Customer Service team at support@peak.net. Otherwise your payment is managed by Apple via iTunes, Google via Google Play or Amazon via the Amazon Appstore and you will need to contact Apple, Google or Amazon customer service for refunds, as we are not able to process refunds ourselves.

Pricing changes 

We may change the pricing plan at our discretion. In this case we will try to inform you before any changes so you can modify or cancel your subscription before the changes are made. We accept no responsibility for any losses you may incur by failing to change your subscription after we have informed you of any changes to the pricing plan.

Lifetime Subscription Plans

A Peak “lifetime” subscription plan allows you to access the Peak premium features available at the time or your purchase for as long as those services are available. You may not assign lifetime subscription plans to any other person. We make no warranties or representations as to the expected lifetime of the Peak services, and in purchasing a lifetime plan, you acknowledge and agree that the Peak services could change or terminate in the future.

Family Plans

Peak offers Family Plans that allow one member to purchase a Peak subscription, then add up to 5 other members to their subscription. Each member needs their own Peak account tied to a unique email address. No information is lost if you or the people you invite had previous training with Peak, as account details are tied to a person's email address, not the type of subscription they have. You can edit your Family members at anytime from within the application.
